As a commitment to the professional tree surgery service that we offer, the following standards apply to all our operations as a minimum:-

Personnel Standards
All Tree Surgeons and ground workers are experienced in their field of expertise and adhere to the working standards as per the Arboriculture and Forestry Advisory Group (AFAG); published by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).

All personnel involved with the use of chainsaws & mechanical equipment are qualified to NPTC standard certified competence as a minimum.

Matt Tree Care is fully covered by Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Industry Standards
All tree works are undertaken to the following British Standards:
British Standard BS3998:1989 - ‘British Standard Recommendations for Tree Work’
British Standard BS5837:1991 - ‘Trees in Relation to Construction’
